SECOND GRADE.- WEEK 5


Hi student´s ! We are here working together! The news are that we are going to share the same space , the way of working will be easier for every one! We ´ll have more time to ask your doubts! And one thing more… I miss you so much!

The activities are from Monday MAY 4TH TO FRIDAY MAY 8TH.

OBJECTIVES:        a) Expressing purpose and emphasizing
                               b) Verbs followed by gerund or infinitive
                               c) Vocabulary: danger and safety; adjectives with negative prefixes.

MONDAY 4TH:      a) Class on line. Topic : Read the report of : “Local man´s bravery
                                   Rewarded” p.103 student´s book.
                               b) Answer ex. 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.102.

Resources: Computer, student´s and notebook.

TUESDAY 5TH:      a) Match the columns Ex.6 page 103  .
                               b) Think in some causes and effects that we are living now. Write them in
                                    your notebook!
                               c) Prepare and speech about the activity 2 to discuss in our next online session.

WEDNESDAY 6TH : a) Class on line.  Topic: Discuss about the activity “c” from Tuesday.

Resources: Computer  and Student´s book.

THURSDAY 7TH:    a) Write your opinion about these questions:
                                   Mr. Reeder said he hadn´t been brave. Do you agree with him?
                                   Why or why (not)?.
                             b) Do you think that you could do the same thing in Mr. Reeder´s situation?
                             c) Do you know any other stories of ordinary people being heroes?
