Our objectives for this week from JUNE 1ST TO JUNE 5TH ARE THE NEXT:

 

OBJECTIVES:                       a) GRAMMAR: I WISH, IF ONLY + past perfect.

                                             b) Functions: Expressing regrets.

                                             c) Reading: “Bullring kid and Country Cowboy”

                                             d) Identify what kind of story is it?

 

ACTIVITIES:

 

MONDAY JUNE 1ST           a) Vocabulary classroom: Reading p. 116 student´s book.

                                            b) Speaking: Talk about the reading p. 116 student´s book.

                                            c) Discuss the questions p. 117 student´s book.

                                            e) Homework: Write about the questions discussed in our virtual

                                                 class in your notebook.

 

Resources: Computer, virtual classroom, student´s , workbook.

 

TUESDAY JUNE 2ND         a) Answer the questions Ex. 3 p. 117 in your notebook.

                                           b) Send them to my e-mail.

WEDNESDAY 3RD            a) Virtual classroom: Speaking: Talk about bad a bad decision they have

                                               taken.

                                          b) Discuss : What was Pauline´s bad decision, according to the writer?

                                               p. 117 student´s book.

                                          c) Find sentences in the story with these meanings.

                                              How are the underlined phrases expressed in the story?

                                              Answer the ex. 1-4 p. 117 as homework in your notebook.

 

THURSDAY 4TH             a) Reading: “Learning from experience”.

                                       b) Answer ex. 3 p. 117

                                       c) Writing: Think of a ( true or invented) story about a bad decision. Write

                                           your story ( 200 words). Guide you with the clues p. 117 ex. 4; it is going

                                           to be done as homework. Send to my e-mail.

FRIDAY 5TH                   a) Virtual classroom: Reading and use of English , Part 6: Gapped text.

                                       b) Some sentences have been removed from the text and we have to order

                                            them ( A-G)

                                       c) We are going to check the context of the reading because just one

                                           sentence is extra. Guess what is it?

                                       d) Homework: Workbook p. 100, 101, 102 and 103.
